CAD Technician
The Planning Center is looking for a CAD Technician. The ideal candidate will posses professional qualifications including but not limited to: a high school diploma or GED and technical training in AutoCAD; skill in the use of standard tools of the profession; proficiency in desktop software; aptitude to produce construction details and documents; capacity to participate and interact as a team player within established group settings. Experience in ARC View, Photoshop, and other GIS and graphic based programs is a plus. Experience in landscape drawings preferred.

Candidates with a minimum of one year of professional experience will be given preference of consideration for this position. On the job experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

The successful candidate will use computer-aided drafting software to develop layouts, drawings, details, and designs for landscape architectural and planning related documents under the direction of project managers, planners, and designers. Attention to detail and the desire to work in an energetic fast paced office are a must.
